Thank you for shopping with The Last Straw! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM (ET) are shipped the same business day.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Standard Ground, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

If you need expedited or Priority shipping, please call us at 828-295-3030 before placing your order for availability and a shipping quote.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, The Last Straw ships only within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully package every order, but occasionally damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us immediately upon receiving your shipment.
Save all original packaging materials and the damaged merchandise.
These items are required to file a shipping claim with the carrier.
Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
