Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for Refund or exchange with-in 14 days of purchase date with receipt less shipping cost. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Customer will be responsible for return postage/shipping. Custom floral and sale merchandise are final and may not be returned or exchanged. If you receive your order and have damaged items, call 828-295-3030 to open a damage claim and further instructions will be given. All furniture sales are FINAL.
