Back ordering:
Sometimes an item is temporarily out of stock. If the item you have chosen is on back ordered,
we will e-mail you to make you aware of the situation. We will advise you when the item will be back in stock.
Availability:
The Last Straw does not guarantee the availability of all products on our website. Our inventory supplies our two retails sites
plus our website. Orders are filled on a first-come first-serve basis. All orders are filled immediately in the order that they are taken.
In the event, you item(s) are not in inventory, if requested, we can hold your order until new inventory arrives, at which point you will be notified
before processing your card.
Shipping*:
*Most items will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Monday - Friday. Excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. For information on shipping international orders, please call one of our representatives at 828-295-3030.
For an additional $15.00 per delivery address, we can ship most orders received by 12 noon EST to arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Rush Delivery is not available for some over sized items, for items shipped directly from our manufacturers, for items that require scheduled shipping, or for items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Due to the size and weight of some of our items, additional delivery charges may be necessary to cover the cost of shipping these products. If a product carries an additional delivery surcharge, it will be denoted in the item's description, and should be added to the regular delivery charges that apply as outlined below.
Ordering Offline/By Phone:
If you don't wish to place your order online, The Last Straw makes it easy to order by phone.
Select and write down the product name(s) you wish to purchase and phone The Last Straw between the hours of
10am to 5pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 5pm on Sunday at 828-295-3030.
Our sales representatives will be more than happy to assist you with your order.
Sales Tax:
The Last Straw is required to charge sales tax to NC residents only. If you are ordering from outside NC, you will not be charged sales tax.
Gift Certificates:
No sales tax is charged when buying a gift certificate. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the
gift certificate is used.
Payment Methods:
Online and phone purchases - You may pay with Visa or Master card.
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at our physical store locations.
Custom Orders:
Each custom floral arrangement is designed just for you; therefore there are no exchanges or refunds on these.
